Third-year Suffolk Law student Olivia Schaefer serves as a law clerk at the firm and brings advanced legal research and writing skills to her work. She approaches each assignment with attention to detail and a willingness to dig into difficult legal issues. Olivia has further developed her interest in criminal defense through her work with Suffolk Law’s Innocence Clinic, where she has gained experience examining criminal cases and the legal issues surrounding wrongful convictions. She has also taken Trial Advocacy, building practical skills in case preparation and courtroom advocacy.

Olivia is passionate about criminal defense and takes pride in helping the firm identify legal and factual issues that can make a difference in a client’s case. Her writing ability, work ethic, and commitment to the firm’s clients have made her an important part of the Martinese Law team.
